Problem with foreing characters in SQl

By melendez_francisco ·
We have a group of ASP pages that are design to update an sql database. The fields are set to nvarchar, the pages are encoded in utf-8. the ASP creates a backup of every response in html. Here all japanese and korean characters show correctly butthe database does not update correctly.

The problem appear to be in the transmission of the characters thru OBDC, when inserting the characters directly into SQL thru a view, or query the characters are stored correctly. We use store procedures for the inserts into sql. The are called from ADO and all declarations are varchar.
