Hello !
I have Windows XP Professional at home. When I try to run the command prompt by going to Start –> Run and typing cmd, the DOS command prompt window opens up just for a split second & then disappears. Also, if I type msconfig & run it, nothing happens nor does the regedit works (unable to open up the registry).
I’ll appreciate if anybody can kindly suggest me a suitable solution to resolve my problem.
Please note that there is No virus on my pc as I’ve just scanned for the same.
