My HP DL 380 G4, windows 2003 server takes a long time to boot.I did all of the hard ware checks. Disk, controller, memory everything passed.
When it boots i cannot access the c:\ but I can access C:\folder any folder on the C drive. I also cannot access add/remove programs.
I have another drive thats on an external disk array and I can access it without any problem.
