problems with dual 98 and 2k dual boot

i have a dual boot on my computer (98 and 2000) my 98 is giving me problems with iexplore... i can't seem to go online... keep giving me odd messages. "like error in setupwbv.dll" and when i click on outlook express i got "msoe.dll could not be loaded" also somtimes when i click on iexplore i get " illegal operation error a lot. is it possible that i can completely replace 98 with out loosing 2k? i put 98 on first. 2000 still works fine but i'm more use to 98. what can i do? SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!!! James from nc
PS: also i tried running setup over top of the already 98 and it seem to replace it but when i reboot it get a message "WARNING DISK BOOT SECTOR is to be modified type Y or anything else to abort" what does that mean and what should i answer it with.... "HELP"

If you wipe and replace 98 you can install a second W2K to a different DIR or drive, use WINNT2 as the DIR name, then edit the boot.ini pointing to the original W2K install. After successful reboot you can delete the second W2K or leave it for future repair purposes. Print your original boot.ini for correct syntax Ref. before starting.
