I have a new user who can print jobs to a network printer in his department but the jobs do not display in the user’s Print Queue Window. The print jobs vary in size. The desktop OS is Windows XP sp2. The network printer is controlled by a Windows 2003 Printer Server. I’ve seen this problem once before but do not remember the fix. The problem is isolated to this one person. Since the user is working with a shared printer he need to know the status of the job once submitted. The use is working with a newly imaged pc and started his job this week. I doubt this is profile related. Any ideas?
