I was wondering whether or not I should purchase a prebuilt or a mini pc which I’ll be primarily using for gaming and productivity. I have a budget and don’t have much time to build something.

    My budget being 600-800 dollars.

Keep Acer and Asus in on the top of priority list. But at the same time keep your eyes open for Lenovo and Dell as they have improved very much and put themselves at the run for best durable gaming laptop. If desktop pc is in your mind then motherboard should be MSI, ASUS or GIGABYTE and processor Ryzen 9 5900X, Ryzen 5 5600X or Intel Core i9 10700K. Keeping at least 8 GB DDR4 RAM would be another one of my recommendation. Graphics card Nvedia’s GeForce GTX 1660Ti would be great for you.
