I’ve been given the dubious task of taking over everything in our IT department as my counter part was smart and jumped shipped. With that said, I have very little experience with Exchange. We are setup with Exchange 2003, I have a user that has requested to have any email that comes into her email box with a certain subject line to be forwarded out to a few other email accounts. I know how to do this via creating a rule in outlook, but can I do this server side? The user doesn’t always have her outlook open or there is concern that her machine may be down when/if one of these emails come in so it might not get processed.
Anyone have any advice on how to do this?
