Has anyone seen this at all? We have users who are printing items from their outlook/internet explorer – text prints fine but graphics do not print at all. We are running Office 2000 through Citrix. Not related to any one printer, have tested drivers, local vs. Citrix load – drawing a complete blank. Any suggestions would be welcome!
