i have a friend with a gateway computer. I dont konw the model number but it is about three years old and I do have a serial number. Not sure if that will help. The computer is running Windows ME. It first started by not loading ME completely, then power went out and it would not turn back on. Eventually it turned on but windows did not load completely. Once it turned on my friend was able to log onto the internet, but computer turned off. When it does turn on and off, it will not load completely. Tried going in safe mode but still no luck. Is there anything else I can do?
