RDP User Loses Local Drive Mappings

I am starting to wonder if this is not a user profile issue. The environment is server2003 with terminal services and active directory.

Only one user on the server seems to permanently lose her local drive mappings, all the other users seem to be fine. I am thinking that perhaps there is a problem with her profile. The only problem is that her profile has a log of specific settings, thus it would take a long time to rebuild.

Her settings in Active Directory, Terminal Services, and the settings on the actual RDP icon itself are all fine -> set to map the local drive. Myself and my colleagues cannot figure out what is causing this issue.

All of the required Microsoft updates were already put into place, the server was updated recently. As I say, only one user is having this problem, and there are lots of users that use RDP. I am wondering if anyone has come across this issue before.

If anyone can help, it would be very much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
