I have a problem to solve and I cannot solve it.
At work today, I was working on a spreadsheet that was saved on the Network Server. This is my 3rd week in this new accounting/bookkeeping job.
From memory, I saved it and closed it after I used it.
I had to log off to allow someone to use the PC whilst I had to go to the bank to do the banking.
I tried to open the same worksheet under a different user name. And, I got the following messag: Cannot open the file: Read only or encrypted.
What I have done wrong?
It would be greatly appreciated if you can help me out as soon as possible. My boss believes I have stuffed it up and I need to use this file to do KPIS.
