Recover administrator local password

By halsteadcurtis ·
I have a windows 2003 member server running SQL 2000. Which is member of 2000 sbs domain.
I am in the process of migrating the network to windows 2003 sbs domain. right after adding the 2003 member server and reboot the machine and try to logon I recieve the following error "Windows cannot connect to the domain either because the domain controller is down or otherwise unavailable, or because your computer account was not found. Please try again later. If this message continues to appear contact your System Administrator for assistance."
I am unable to logon to the domain. Both my local and domain admin password failed.

I read the article at: www.petri.co.il/windows_cannot_connect_to_the_domain_error.htm
which describe similar case, Is there a any other way to fix this problem? or His there any way to recover my local administrator password on windows 2003 member server?
