It's depending on your version of IE but you need to find in the menus section - Internet Options,
(=> = Next)=>Advanced=> in the section "Browsing" be sure to enable "Install on Demand" for IE and Other =>In the Java VM section enable ALL java components (first you may need to install the Java for IE if you don't have it the section will not apear)=>and finaly in the Multimedia section enable all components except first two and the 8-th one

After all be sure to install macromedia flash - it's a plugin for IE and you can easily install it from the web site

G'day,

Try updating your browser software to the lastest Java. This is the link:

http://www.java.com/en/index.jsp

Please paste it in your browser and remove any spaces if they show up in the link.

Hope this helps....

Thanks to all the help and suggetions. I tried
just about everything, but the thing that cleared the problem was reinstalling IE 6.0. Even though I got a message saying I had all the latest 6.0 updates, I went ahead and ran the "install
IE 6.0 SP1"

best regards to all

Warren
