After redirecting my users’ My Documents folders to a network share on the Small Business Server 2003 via group policy, the users’ folders appeared both in the shared folder and on the server desktop. If I delete them from the desktop, they are deleted from the shared folder and are no longer available to the user. If I move them to the recycle bin they are not available to restore. When this problem appeared I noticed that if I create a shortcut on the server desktop and attempt to run the program I get the security warning asking if I want to run the program before the program will launch – which is odd. Any ideas?
