On several of My Citrix/TS servers the following reg location is blank. HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Devices
This should have a list of the printers available to the user.
I have…
1. Checked permissions on the printers reg keys under HKLM and they match a working server.
2. Checked for available windows updates.
3. Deleted users profiles off the box and let them recreate.
4. done multiple searches to find info on this key but have had no luck.
