Remote Desktop access right to a group of domain servers

Hello,
I need to assign Remote Desktop access right to a group of servers in the domain for a group of users.
Is there a way configuring this RDP access from domain instead of configuring it at each local server level?

I do not want to RDP access to all the servers but just a group of servers.
