Our sharepoint admin has just started having an odd issue. When remoting to a Win 2003 server from his desktop, once logged on, none of the desktop icons or the taskbar will show up. He simply gets the windows blue background.
What’s even weirder is he’s the only one experiencing this. Other people can remote into the server fine. I googled the hell out of it and all that keeps turning up is RD icon missing results.
Explorer.exe isn’t loading when he gets in, I have to have him send a ctrl+alt+del to the server and have him manually start explorer through task manager.
Anyone have any suggestions on what would be causing explorer to hang for this one user?
