I usually use Remote Desktop to access computers at a workplace remotely. First I connect to the workplace VPN, then access the computers by name.
This has stopped working for me, though I know it is not a problem at the workplace as a number of other people use the same method and they are not having any problems.
I can ping the two computers I want to connect to, but once I try to connect with Remote Desktop the first computer gets stuck at “Configutring Remote Session” whilst the other computer lets me in a little further, I enter my logon details and it then gets stuck at “Securing Remote Connection”. If I use different credentials that I know are currently able to access the computer from a different location, I get the same response.
Any ideas on what I can try to fix this?
