I’ve seen some postings on this, but none really “fit” my situation.
I have 5 users (out of 100) that cannot RDP into ANY of our Win2003 Enterprise servers when they are connected via VPN. When they are in the office, they have no issues.
nslookups resolve the name/IP, they can PING, and they can access the web shares on those servers in IE… all over VPN. But, when they try to remote in, they get the typical “the client could not connect to the remote computer”.
I’m thinking that since it is only a select few, it has to be a setting on their desktops. Any thoughts?
