remove a shared folder Quota on MS server 2003

How do you remove a quota on a shared folder in Windows server 2003 (standard edition)

I work part time in a small rural school – they have a database application that runs from a shared folder on the server (staff have full rights to the shared folder, students have no access or rights)

On the server I have set quota limits and no access to write to their folders if they were over limit of quota for users – this all worked fine last year, but now this database appliction reports errors and staff can’t get in or update info because the error message says there is no disc space available.

If I set quota,s but allow them to write to disc even if they are over quota the database application works fine.

When I go to the quota list, it lists all the users and their limits and usage, but not shared folders?

I assume this limit may have been put in by another tech a few years ago by command line? – but I realy need to remove it – hoping someone can tell me how
