Looking at the list of equipment you have, the only platform which officially supports MPLS could be 3600 series router. MPLS is available on 2691, 2800, 3700, 3800, 7200/7300 series routers as well as on Catalyst 6000 MSFCs. I know there were a couple unofficial IOS releases for 2500 routers a couple years ago, which were supporting MPLS, but I was unable to make them working.

For a 3640/3660 series routers you should get 12.3(14)T6 "enterprise" or "telco" IOS. Other than that - nothing you can do. But honestly, the 642-611 MPLS exam has more theory than practice, so, you can just study the stuff. You may need an extensive MPLS hands-on expereince if you would go for CCIE R&S or Service Provider Lab.

Good luck with the study,

Mike
