Restrict user installation via GPO

Hello,

I’ve been working at denying my users from installing applications onto their PCs, but I have been unsuccessful. I’d like to create a Group Policy with GPO on Server 2003 that prohibits users from installing anything without demoting them from the adminitrators group on their computer. I’m new at this and would welcome any help.
