I have added a new POP3 email account to outlook 2003. This mail account has over 4000 emails. Once the account was setup in outlook 2003, it is retriving all 4000 emails. I wish to retrieve emails from my mail server to outlook 2003 only from 1st Feb onwards.
I also tried to create a rule, but the rule is valid only once all emails are retrieved from the server.
Can anyone please advice what should be done to retrieve emails in outlook from a specified date onwards?
