We have a Ricoh 450 Scsi Scanner and everytime I load the drivers it will scan for about an hour then start giving errors ( Unknown Bic or Bic Kernel errors). Any suggestions on how to fix this. I have spoken with the manufactur, kofax adreline board manufactur and still no luck. The software is Kofax which is what came with the scanner. I have tried changing the IRQ ( this is what Kofax stated to do) and still no luck. We really need this scanner to work correctly.
