Rogue access points — a problem on your network?

by jasonhiner . Updated 20 years, 10 months ago

Rogue wireless access points can cause a variety of problems from bandwidth issues to security risks. Do you have a strategy for identifying rogue WAPs that pop up on your network? If so, what tools do you use to identify them and how often do you scan for them? If you have found rogue WAPs, please post any interesting stories you’ve come across in the way that users have implemented them.
