Can I add router B(E0) to A(E0) on the same LAN

Yep.

They can both route the same network. If you give then both IP's for a large scheme (like a 24 bit mask or so) they can both be on that network.

No problem at all as far you have a free IP address in the network, even you can tell some computers to use router A as default gateway and others to use router B. If your clients are running Windows 2000 +, if you go to TCP/IP settings -----> Advanced, you can add both routers as gateways, but you can specify the order.
