Routing and Remote Access setup

By Wcoyote1 ·
I've been trying to start RRAS on a Windows Server 2003 R2 32 bit system, it also has ISA 2006 SE loaded on it for security.

The load doesn't seem to have a problem, and it enables all the interfaces. I specify a DHCP Relay agent. But there's one piece still missing.

When I look at the IP Routing under General, my internal isn't working.
Internal IP address is not available. Administrative Status is unknown. Operational status is Non-operational.

I'm certain that I'm missing something here, but I just can't figure out what. Any ideas would be appreciated.

RRAS Internal Interface Non-Operational

by steven.breen In reply to Routing and Remote Access ...

I have the same issue, although I have had this server working for the past 2 years. Its running win server 2003 with ISA 2004 and all of a sudden after a reboot the internal interface in RRAS is stating its Non-Operational, with admin status unknown and ip address Not available? VPN users can no longer dial in.

Can anyone help? I've searched high and low for a solution and keep hitting brick walls!
