I have winME and ZoneAlarm firewall on my computer. I have problem with getting clip art into my word doc. When I clicked on the icon to get to ms clip art, I got a message read “Winword has caused an error in RPCRT4.DLL. Winword will now close.” Please help. Thanks Simon.
