Where can i view or find the RPm of the hard disk or How can i know this Hard disk having this RPM?

Drive specs are usually printed on the drive itself, on the stickers covering it.
Just open up the computer, pull the drive out, and take a look at it.

As above, or view specs on manufacturers website. Get the model details from the unit stickers as above or as reported during POST (power on self test)

You may try Aida32, a utility program that provides all kinds of information including RPM of the HD. The Website has been closed but you can still download it for free. Search from www.google.com or vivisimo.com with keyword ?Aida32?. You will be amazed what this program can do.
