Gentlemen: My operating system is Windows XP and I feel pretty sure that I am going to have to do a “quick restore” wiping the hard drive clear of everything which I am putting off as long as possible. My address book is on the EXCITE NETWORK (www.excite.com). I use Internet Explorer but my Outlook Express DOES NOT work and I cannot even dl critical updates from windows update and I do not know how to save ALL the material on my computer. GOD almighty, if I have to document EVERYTHING by hand, I will be there until I have grown a beard down to my knees and know nothing about ZIP files and told to be very careful because they can only be used a certain way which makes sense even to a dummy like me.
