SBS 2003 Cisco Pix and VPN access

by centeno . Updated 19 years, 3 months ago

hi,

i’ve a network with SBS2003 Premium, one NIC, and a Cisco PIX. The Cisco was not configured by me, but everything was working just fine. The vpn connection was allowed to users that belong to the VPN ACCESS group. The cisco and SBS are changing ID’s by RADIUS.
The problem started when I implemented a password rotation scheme, and users started changing the password every 25 days. One user reported she couldn’t access the vpn anymore, with error 800. I didn’t take that in consideration until the moment I’ve changed my password, and lost access to the VPN. Well the real problem is that I can estabilish a connection, but then can’t navigate in the Local network. If i access with the admin account, everything works, but if i access with my account, i get connection estabilished, ip in the correct formart, but I’m unable to ping, navigate or even “VNCing” to any of the machines.
The event log register the connection as estabilished.
I’m out of ideas, can some one please help me troubleshoot this?

Thanks in advanced.
