SBS 2003 – Public Folders Fail to Mount

    Locked

    by jgreer ·

I am currently running SBS 2003 R2, fully patched and updated server. Our Public Folders for some reason have stopped being visible inside of Outlook and when I attempt to mount the folders I receive error: 9519 – Error starting database – see below for detailed information from the event log. I have tried reapply permissions with no improvement. When I open up the Exchange System Manager the public folders list is empty but inside of Active Directory Users and Computers the public folders are all listed under Microsoft Exchange System Objects. How do I get these folders remounted? Do I need to move these folders some how from System Objects?
