SBS Monitoring Reports EmailsLocked
I am an IT Consultant and I have many customers using SBS 2003. I have setup the monitoring to send me reports via email every day and usage reports every other week. I have also customized what is in the report. The strange thing is, and I can’t find an answer anywhere, is that some of the reports show in my inbox as the server name, some as the administrator account, and others as the company name. Is there a place I can change the name that appears in the emails, which are stored in a public folder, to a common name? i.e. – customer name.
