Screen Resolution

By cindy.pieper ·
How can I remotely determine the screen resolution of a PC? Is there a key that changes within the registry? Is there a file that I can view on the hard drive to determine what the screen resolution is set at?

Right click in the open field of your desktop.
Then click on properties. Then you should see the display properties window. Click on the settings tab and the screen resolution you are using will be shown in the window you see. And you can adjust it there if you have the correct
display adapter drivers installed for your video

Without using like SMS remote control or PC anywhere you can Netmeeting into a machine and do the steps the previous responder sent you. Or you can check this location on the registry and see what it is. HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Multimedia\DrawDib
