Due to HIPAA

We are under HIPAA regs, we have established a process where we host provide/member Email site.

Emails are stored on local servers and messages are not sent over the internet, they are stored encryted. The providers and/or members - logs into the site with Userid/password - besides a normal portal they have a private email, that can send messages and receive messages, but PHI messages can't be forward - copied or pasted, they can be printed.

By hosting this - we saved establishing and maintaining +1.5 million PKI or other encryption methodologies passwords. Hosting saved 3 FTE's - alone.
