What security measures does your hosting provider offer? Specifically, are firewalls included in the plan, and how frequently are automatic backups performed?

The last time a friend had automatic backups, they lost content because the backups overwrote the prior backups.
And if you rely on hosting providers for backups, what happens when that company fails?

The short answer is that if you didn’t backup, the files are usually not worth backing up.
