What I achieve en what?s the efficiency if I implement EFS encryption on Windows 2003 server in a workgroup? The goal is to install encryption on a server but those one communicate with other servers in a same workgroup. On another hand I receive daily important files thru FTP on same Windows 2003 server from partners. So I ask myself am I doing right thing by implementing encryption only on one server because all servers communicate and write files to each other. Do I need to change something on other Windows 2000 servers (in workgroup) also so they can read and write to each other?
