Server Printer

How to set up a server printer? How to configure the server printer? and I want to know the IP address of the existing server printer installed. Please answer all my questions detailed. Step by step will appreciate most. Thank to all of you. Hope in coming future I can also help u.

If you configure a printer on a Print Server, it doesn't need an IP address. All you have to do is Install the printer driver on the workstation you have chosen as a print server. After you have installed, access the printer properties in control panel and share the printer. You can also just click start->settings->Printers. Right click on your printer that you have installed and select 'Sharing'. On the sharing dialog box that opens, select the Sharing tab, then choose the 'share this printer radio button'. You can then supply a logical name for the share, e.g accnts_dept_ptr. All this I say assuming you are runnig Windows machines.
