Hi,
This is bhushan. I had created one user account “TEST” now I wanted to restart the services from services.msc or I want to install some application by logging with this user account without giving him “Administrator” rights.
Is this possbile task.
Pls help me regarding the same. If i can start the services then it more than enough.
