Set Outlook 2007 Signature automatically on Exchange server

hi,
I have a mail server which provide e mails to my user across the network via outlook 2007. Each user has to have a disclaimer signature and their contacts on it.

My question is how can i set it to be done automatically from the server so as no matter where the user will log in that signature will appear when they send their email outside and across the organization?
