Setting up multiple emails for user in Small Business Server 2003

by forum . Updated 19 years ago

Hi,

I have just set up a Small Business Server 2003 R2 Server. My problem is that I do not seem to be able to figure out how to set it up to allowe a user to use multiple email accounts and send thru password protected smtp servers.

Ok, to explain more clearly.

For one user I will have one main adress username@maildomain (witch offcourse is std for all users. Got server, domain name etc.

The thing is that for these I use and want to keep the pop3 accounts, this is no problem when it comes to reciving mail (can use POP3 Connection Manager for that). The problem comes when I want to send mail. I would like to be able to add multiple addresses to the user, set up witch servers to use (and witch passwords) and offcourse be able to choose this when logged in to Outlook 2003.

Is the btw any way to filter more how the mail that comes in to the exchange mail account is sorted serverside (and not only on in Outlook localy)? Example: mail from address1@somedomain.com is sent to a folder named address1 in that mail account?
