Hi,
I have two pc and a modem connected together via a hub. PC1 running win xp and PC2 WinME. Modem is ZTE MF600 for wireless brodband.
This setup have no probelm sharing internet before.
It comes with problem when I try to share files between two pc. Both PC set to auto IP and subnet. PC1 ip is 192.168.0.20 subnet 255.255.255.0. PC2 ip 192.168.0.21 subnet 255.0.0.0. I know I can’t share files becouse different subnet. When I set the IP and subnet manually to the same subnet, both pc can connect each other but cannot access the internet.
What should I do to use both features? DNS? WNS? Anybody?
