I have a toshiba laptop running windows 98.
9 out of 10 times when I shut down I get 2 error messages.
1. “Loadwb has performed and illegal operation and will be shut down”
2. “Explorer has preformed an illegal operation and will be shut down”
Is there anyway I can prevent these errors without reformatting and reinstalling the OS ?
