SHUTDOWN REALLY SLOW AFTER DELETING UPPERFILTER REGISTRY

i have mistakenly deleted the upperfilter registry key. insatlled Kasperky internet security 2010. But why my pc shut down is very slow. even running msconfig I had tested the startup entries. Start up entries of realtek,nero & ATI takes more time to shutdown. But my doubt is after deleting Upperfilter registry key shut down takes more time i.e. about 4 minutes.My OS is Win XP (Proffessional).Kindly help me

Try a System Restore

to an earlier point.

1. Click Start.
2. Point to All Programs.
3. Point to Accessories.
4. Point to System Tools.
5. Click System Restore.
6. Follow the instructions on the wizard to restore to an earlier point.

You should always Backup Registry Keys, before making any modifications to the Registy.
