forgive me for posting before i have tried to research this myself. am hoping to maybe save time.
my boss is talking to his boss in china via skype.
he has talked to finland w/o delay and echoing. his call to china was almost unusable due to same. what could be causing this? if satellite delay, why sometimes and not others? his fast conversation to finland was not from within my network. i took down the router firewall for a test w/o effect. can anybody shed light for me? tia
