My company’s email is getting blocked by citigroup.com because our server seems to be an early talker. This means we do not wait for the helo/ehlo from a server before sending the message.
I understand I need to implement an SMTP dealay so that we wait for the ehlo/helo response before moving on.
Can anyone tell me how to configure this on my Exchange 2003 Server (Standard, SP2)?
