Hello, I took over support of a client from another IT company that did not document anything. They currently have a Cisco 2801 connected to a SonicWall 2040. The SonicWall is acting as the gateway. The old IT company did not leave any ip / network info to include the username and password for the sonicwall. I need access to find the public static ip range immediatly. I am concerned if I reset the sonicwall I will lose all of the settings. Can I simply unplug the sonicwall and have everything route through the Cisco?
Any advice is appreciated.
Thank you, Marcus
