Which version of Windows?
Next, is this a DOS game?

XP provides very few options for manual settings.

The first place to go is device manager.

Expand the branch for the audio / multi-media device.
Right click on the Audigy and select properties.

You may have some options there.

However, if this is an old DOS game, you may be out of luck.

On newer motherboards, with newer sound devices (such as the Audigy) there is no longer legacy support for older software.

A friend of mine built up a new system with Windows 98 on it.
He was not able to get the on-board sound to function for a DOS game.
After trying 4 different sound cards and spending hours on the phone with Creative, the final "solution" was to set up a "DOS" PC using older hardware.

One thing that was concluded with Creative is that the Audigy series does not have DOS mode support.
