sql server management studio

I have installed sql server 2005 developer edition but the following erorr appears “A component that you have specifes in the ADD_LOCAL property is already installed.To upgrade the existing component, refer to the template.ini and set the UPGRADE property to the name component” i ran the SqlRun_Tools.msi but the error comes up again.
