I have an old Pen 133 thats running 98 second edition. While the machine is booting up and just before the ram count,I get a “Static Resource Conflict” and then it moves on and finishes booting the system. I have done everything from stripping it down to just the video card,ram and processor. I have changed ram and ram types . There are no “bangs” in device manager and everything in Computer Properties shows “no” problems.
Would anyone out there have a clue?
